Brad Jones
Guitar
He has been performing in many local venues in the Southwest such as ‘The Cavern’, ‘Mama Stones’, ‘The Fleece’ and ‘Thekla’ and also performed at ‘The Den’ to an audience of 2,000 people.
His dedication for getting the rockin’ guitar sounds spot on is perfect for “Whole Lotta Shakin’â€

Lukey Dodd
Double Bass/Electric Bass, Backing Vocals
A good voice and a broad knowledge of backing vocals is another string to his bow, that enhances the show and makes all the difference with those songs that require that little extra. With a good knowledge of sound and stage equipment , he is always ready to smoothly keep the show on the road too.
An enthusiastic member of Whole lotta Shakin, Lukey’s fun character will always give the audience something to smile about.

Steve Evans
Drums
Artist influence includes Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Eddy Cochran, Bill Haley, Gene Vincent, just to name a few.
35 years of experience on the Rock n Roll/ Rockabilly circuit have given Steve great pleasure and many diverse opportunities in this country and in Europe, working alongside acts such as Marty Wilde, Racey, The Jets, Charlie Feathers and also taking part in the Eurodisney grand opening performing to a crowd of 10 000 alongside The Four Tops, Kool & the gang and Cher.
Recordings include 5 Rock n Roll albums at the Embassy Studios for Foot Tapping records.

Kevin Oliver Jones
Piano/Keyboards/Saxophone/Accordion
Over the course of 3 years, he understudied and played virtually every role in the show eventually taking over as Musical Director. Since then Kevin has been in Return to the Forbidden Planet, Blood Brothers, Mamma Mia the Party at the O2, Four Steps to Heaven, That’ll be the Day, Come Dancing, The Merry Wives of Windsor, From a Jack to a King and the Circus of Horrors playing any combination of Piano, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Percussion, Saxophone, Trombone, Harmonica, Bouzouki, Mandolin and singing (although not necessarily at the same time.)
As Musical Director Kevin has worked on: Elvis – The Musical, Pump Boys and Dinettes, The Buddy Holly Story, Thriller Live, Harry’s Webb, Jailhouse Rock, Dancing in the Streets, American Idiot, Oliver!, Spring Awakening, 9 to 5, Made in Dagenham, Zorro, Zorba, Chess, the MCUsical, Lipstick on your Collar, Jesus Christ Superstar, Bugsy Malone, Summer Holiday, Buddy Vs the Killer, The Who’s Tommy, The Cher Show & loads of pantomimes.
Kevin and Rebel first met and worked together in 1998 when they toured the UK and starred in the West End for Bill Kenwright, in his highly successful show’s ‘Four Steps to Heaven’ and ‘Elvis the Musical’. With Kevins ability to play multiple instruments, sing and as a musical director, he is the perfect fit for “Whole Lotta Shakin'”!

Kip Barrs
Stage Manager/ Technical Manager
Kip was born to be in showbiz as his parents were well known professionals and it is all he has really ever known. Among his many accomplishments he has toured with many styles of shows, from Ballet to The Flanagan & Allen story, (which toured for 25 years) and he is also something of a Panto expert, doing in excess of 50 of them, directed 15 and has written 5.
He first started the techy side of showbiz at the age of 7 whilst on theatre tours with his Dad and has been involved with many top shows since, including the likes of Bill Kenwright’s ‘Joseph’ and ‘Blood Brothers’. He has also been the residential Stage Manager at the Forum Billingham and the Blackfriars theatre Boston.
Over the years Kip has worked with some of the great names in showbiz, such as, Sir Norman Wisdom, Paul Daniels, Darren Day, Duncan Norvelle, Richard Digance, Michael Crawford, Bernie Clifton and Cathy Staff. The last two, on that list, also nominated him for his equity card way back in 1988 while doing Panto with them.
Kip, who now has 50 years in the biz, has fitted in with `Whole Lotta Shakin’ – The Shakin’ Stevens Story’ from day one and we are very pleased to have him with us.

Joe Turton
Sound Engineer / Event Tech
Joe has a wealth of experience in event management, with over 15 years of expertise in providing an array of services such as lighting, video, stagehand, and audio solutions. As the proprietor of an event company that leases out top-notch equipment, Joe has collaborated with tours of all sizes, from large-scale stadiums to smaller local theatres.
He has worked at an extensive range of venues, including Wembley Stadium, Glastonbury, Leeds Arena, and Milton Keynes Bowl. Among his esteemed clients are renowned artists such as Eagles, Lionel Richie, James Blunt, Foo Fighters, Paloma Faith, Lee Evans, and Nicki Minaj. Joe is known for his professional and amicable approach which suits “Whole Lotta Shakin’- The Shakin’ Stevens Story” to a tee!!
